I'm a San Francisco native who grew up running and playing along the hills of the Bay Area. In addition to a lifetime of running, I have nurtured my love of the outdoors by skiing and climbing throughout the Sierra Nevada. I hold a B.S. in Athletic Training and a minor in Nutrition from San Jose State University and am a certified Health Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine. I am also certified as a Senior Fitness Instructor by the American Senior Fitness Association. When I'm not working with my personal clients I am training members at the San Francisco Bay Club and leading classes for the Always Active senior fitness program in San Francisco.
I live in the foggy west side of the city with my wife Jacqui, daughter Chloe, and dog Casey. I still love running, climbing, working out and am forever chasing that elusive par on the golf course.
